Age and identity records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are archived separately for each item of content and maintained by the content producer.
Custodian of Records
The contact details of the person responsible for maintaining records are held at the company's principal place of business, available to competent authorities upon lawful request.

Every creator uploading content to our platform must declare, at the time of upload, that:
