When does my VIP membership go live?+
The moment the payment is approved. If you're signed in, just refresh the page — you'll see the VIP badge on your account.
How do I cancel?+
Go to My account → Membership and press 'Turn off auto-renew'. Your VIP benefits continue until the end of the period you already paid for.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover and, in selected regions, cryptocurrency. The checkout page lists the methods available in your country.
What shows up on my card statement?+

Do you offer daily or weekly VIP?+
No. The shortest plan is monthly. Very short memberships create high processing costs and refund risk on the provider side, so we don't offer them.
