XLoveMe respects copyright and a person's right to their own image. This page explains how to ask for content to be taken down and what happens after your request reaches us.
The short version: when a valid request arrives, the content comes down. We don't stall and we don't negotiate.

Put the type of request in the subject line — "DMCA" or "Non-consensual content" — so it lands in the right queue.
Copyright notice
If your work has been published without permission, your notice should include:
- A description of the copyrighted work
- The full address (URL) of the content on our site
- Your name, address, phone number and email
- A good-faith statement that the use was not authorised by the rights holder
- A statement that your information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the rights holder
- Your physical or electronic signature
These are the minimum elements required by US copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 512). We read incomplete notices too, but we will ask you to complete them, which slows things down.
Timing: valid notices are actioned and the content removed within 48 hours, and the uploader is notified.
Non-consensual imagery — priority queue
If your image was published without your consent, you do not need to own the copyright. Stating that you are the person shown is enough.
These requests go to a priority queue and the content is removed within 48 hours. This is our obligation under the US TAKE IT DOWN Act, and we do not treat it as a formality.
Tell us:
- The address (URL) of the content
- That you are the person shown
- An email address where we can reach you
You do not need to prove your identity. We do not ask for ID documents and we do not recommend sending any.
Where it came from doesn't matter. The image may have been taken from another platform, a stream recording, a private conversation or another site. The source, who uploaded it, and whether the person publishes content elsewhere have no bearing on this request. No consent, no content.
Minors
There is no tolerance for content featuring a minor. It is removed on detection without waiting for a report, the account is closed, and the matter is referred to the authorities. If you have seen such content, write to us immediately.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice containing:
- The address of the removed content
- A statement that the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification
- Your contact details and signature
If the counter-notice is valid, the content may be restored. Content removed under a non-consensual imagery report is not eligible.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that attract repeated valid notices are closed permanently. This is a legal requirement as well as a matter of keeping the site in order.
Records
We log the notices we receive, the action taken and when. These records protect both sides if a dispute arises.
